This project explores how pattern design can carry and renew a brand’s visual identity. I have created a new identity for the Danish fashion brand Noa Noa, which in recent years has lost much of its visual heritage. The entire project is rooted in brand heritage, which is why it was important to highlight Noa Noa’s historical visual legacy.
Noa Noa has a background of romance, layering, and creative freedom. In my pattern, I chose to use the shape of a flower from a 2007 collection. My goal was to modernize the brand while showing respect for its heritage. The process combined research, drawing and digital work, with the final design made to work across fashion, print, and digital media.
